Dem Women is organizing campaign activities with Dorothy Dowe and Michelle Shain. We believe that we are stronger when we all work together and we’ve invited all the county Democratic organizations – GCDP, Young Dems, the Black Caucus, North and South Greenville Dems, to join us in canvassing and phone banking. Please find some time to join us for one of these activities. These are crucial races and contacts with voters are essential.
Canvassing for Michelle Shain
Every Saturday until Election Day from 10 am-12 pm, we’ll be canvassing Greenville neighborhoods for Michelle Shain’s campaign. We’ll canvass neighborhoods in Greenville, talk to voters, and hand out literature. We will use the MiniVAN app to download turf, so save time and have it downloaded on your phone (which you likely already do).
Canvassing for Dorothy Dowe
Every Saturday and Sunday in July, we’ll be canvassing Greenville neighborhoods for Dorothy Dowe’s campaign. Sign up for either 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. on Saturday; or 1 p.m. on Sunday. We’ll canvass neighborhoods in Greenville, talk to voters, and hand out literature. We will use the MiniVAN app to download turf, so save time and have it downloaded on your phone (which you likely already do). Dorothy’s campaign manager, Shelly Dezen, will be the point person.
Phone Banking for Dorothy Dowe
In July, Dem Women will be phone banking for Dorothy Dowe. We’ll be doing this at the GCDP office, 1300 J East Washington St., Greenville. But, if necessary, you can also do this virtually. Bring your phone (and charger), and, if possible a tablet or laptop. Days and hours vary.
