This summer, DWGC shifts to evening meetings. The summer lineup includes Susan Ward, president of PFLAG on the landscape for the LGBTQI+ community in Greenville; Jessica Wallace, immigration attorney and head of the Hispanic Alliance’s legal team; and high school and college democrats talking about their strategies to bring the youth vote to the polls in November.

In addition, we’ll have some of our 2024 Democratic candidates speaking at each meeting. The schedule will be announced following the June 11 primary.

Meetings will be at the Kroc Center, 424 Westfield St., Greenville, at 6 p.m. on June 10, July 8, and August 12. We hope the rescheduling and the lineup will bring in some New Democrats who can’t normally attend meetings on Monday afternoons.
