2 videos debuted at DNC spotlight her inspirational past and vision for the future
CHICAGO – In case you missed it one week ago, the final night of the 2024 Democratic National Convention featured new videos introducing Vice President Kamala Harris to the nation as she formally accepted the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.
“The Kamala Harris Story” was produced by Vice President Harris’s long-time friend, director and producer Reginald Hudlin, tracing her life and career as a protector, a fighter, and a leader. Narrated by Morgan Freeman, “The Kamala Harris Story” highlights the Vice President’s lifelong commitment to fighting for the people.
“She’s a fighter for the American people. Committed to our values, our hopes, our dreams. Bringing joy back across our nation. Where did this strength and passion come from in this daughter of middle-class Oakland?”
“When We Fight, We Win” charts the Vice President’s path from her childhood in Oakland to her career as a prosecutor, attorney general, senator, and now, as the vice president.
“Since she was a young girl, Kamala Harris has been fighting for families like the ones she grew up with.”
