DESCRIPTION:The SC Progressive Network invites you to join them at 7pm on Wednesday\, Sept. 6\, for a special session led by longtime activist\, gifted poet\, and USC professor Dr. Ed Madden. This is a Modjeska School class we had to reschedule and are now inviting the public. It will be held at GROW\, 1340 Elmwood Ave. in Columbia\, and on Zoom (see registration link below). \nAlong with his husband Bert Easter\, Dr. Madden has first-hand experience fighting for gay rights and marriage equality in the Palmetto State. He also has deep ties to the SC Progressive Network that were forged over the many years he served on the organization’s executive committee. \nFeel free to invite family and friends to this public event.
