DESCRIPTION:ON TUESDAY\, March 29\, 2022\, FROM 6:00 P.M. UNTIL 8:00 P. M. Greenville City Council members Lillian Brock Flemming and Ken Gibson will host an Economic Empowerment Roundtable workshop to craft specific recommendations to be included in resolutions and ordinances to implement the “Protecting Our Neighborhoods Agenda” first introduced in 2021.\n\nAmong the purposes of the Roundtable is to explore strategies to:\n\n\nMBE Policy Study and Recommendations\n\n\n\nCOVID Funds for MBE Businesses\n\n\n\nAfrican American Tourism\n\n\n\nCity Support of Community Based Econic Develop Projects\n\n\nThe panel will consist of Greenville city council members\, city government staff\, business leaders\, economic development experts\, and community Pastors and advocates. The event is free to view via Facebook Live.\n\nCity of Greenville District 2 Councilor Lillian Brock Flemming
