DESCRIPTION:The 100th anniversary of the tragic Tulsa Massacre\, the single most deadly incident of racial violence in American history\, is May 31-June 1\, 2021. Leaders of the Community Remembrance Project of Greenville County\, who could not let this milestone go unrecognized\, have planned a Centennial Commemoration for Monday\, May 31\, at the Phillis Wheatley Community Center. \nThe massacre is widely unknown\, and restorative truth-telling is a big part of our mission. \nAll are welcome to attend the event\, which is free\, but registration is highly recommended.
