The SC Legislative Black Caucus (SCLBC) will hold its annual retreat on December 15th & 16th in Charleston. The tw0-day event will begin with a SCLBC 50th anniversary reception at the International African American Museum, on Friday December 15th from 5:30-8:30 pm, followed by the official business meeting on Saturday morning from 9:30-Noon at the Hyatt House.
