This is the second in a series of town halls hosted by Greenville City Councilors Lillian Brock Flemming and Russell Stall, and will include a panel of Greenville law enforcement partners, municipal consultants, legislators, attorneys, community leaders, and mental health counselors.  They will discuss the need for change with regard to policies and procedures that are fair for all as well as second chances.
