This year’s keynote speaker will be Anna B. Mitchell, who covers business and education for the Post & Courier Greenville and previously worked at The Greenville News. She studied history at University of North Carolina and holds an MBA from University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg. Since one of the League’s focus areas is Effective and Accountable Government, Anna will dive into the Post & Courier’s Uncovered series, an investigative journalism series focused on potential abuses of governmental power and misuse of taxpayer dollars.

In addition to Anna’s presentation, the League will recap the work they’ve  accomplished over the past year, and hold a quick membership vote during the meeting.
