Executive Committee Members and Alternates from each precinct are invited to the first meeting of the new cycle to discuss the following matters:
- Confirmation of Additional Delegates to 2018 County Convention
- 2018 Calendar
- Precinct Organization and Development
- Candidate Recruitment and Development
The meeting is open to the public, but each precinct is allowed only one vote (by the Executive Committee Member or Alternate in the absence of the Executive Committee Member).
