Absentee voting in-person is available to voters who meet one of 17 criteria. You must bring one of these five acceptable photo IDs with you to vote: S.C. Driver’s License, ID Card issued by S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles, S.C. Voter Registration Card with Photo, Federal Military ID, or U.S. Passport. In-person voting hours run from October 8 to November 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours will be Thursday, October 25, and Friday October 26 from 8:30 am to 7 p.m.; Saturday hours on October 27 and November 3 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
